Dear PzJgr: What Waffen SS unit was he in? I ask because this is very interesting and because I know many Waffen SS Veterans and Knights Cross Recipients.

Do you have any wartime photos?

Are you looking to find someone who might have served with him? if so, I might know someone who did, it just depends on what unit he served in.
