Good point the German people were brain washed by the Nazi leadership and by the end of 1940 it looked like they were indeed the master race at this time German scientists were ahead of the rest of the world and it was in 1940 Hitler made cut backs to long term research this was a fatal error of judgement and by the end of 1942 it was becoming clear the tide was turning against them the cost of brain washing had in the long term gone against themselves granted German scientists were making up for lost time but to little to late.
