As time passes, the power ( and misinformation ) surrounding the Third Reich seems to increase in Joe Public's mind.
For instance, I have a lot of books. Among them are books by David Irving. People visit my house, see these books, and
that's it ....you can see them thinking,'He
MUST be a Nazi !'. Regardless that every book about the Irving trial sits right alongside them on the shelf....
