I don't think so. I'm skating on very thin ice here, but as we've seen from looking at the 'Dresden' debate set against the often-completely-overlooked B-29 firebomb raids on Tokyo, the Americans considered Germany to be very 'different' to Japan.
So, for whatever political reasoning this was, the A-Bomb would not have been used in Europe.
