The more interesting scenario would have been the German defeat of the RAF and no immediate invasion.

The Luftwaffe would have been relatively free to pick and chose what targets to hit, and effectively cripple industry. The U Boats choking the Atlantic convoys - potential food riots breaking out, change of government and a negociated settlement with Hitler without German troops setting foot in England.
