I read The Cage and quite enjoyed it but I'm not sure we should actually believe it all. A few months ago there was quite a bit of stuff in the newspapers about Vietnam Veterans disputing some of the 'facts' in this book. According to them the official POW records from the Vietnam War suggest that the author of The Cage was inventing the story...
