Not sure what route you will take, but there is a good tour to be had taking groups from Caumont up to the high ground around St Martin. I have articles on my website, especially at:

As Martin mentioned I have also researched the Scots Guards vs the Jagdpanthers (first use of them against British/US units) and have some good material from the war diaries if you need it.
As Erich says there are several titles coming out in the Battleground Europe series; personally I have been disappointed with the WW2 titles in comparison to the WW1 titles in the same series.
I have seen your Uni website before - nice to see some WW2 'in the field' teaching. Nice site as well.
