can anyone help me with decrypting my wifes grandfathers war record. Recently i did my grandfathers war record and you guys really helped me out, so if you could help again i would be grateful. He was a royal marine and all we know is that he served in africa and india, on his record are what i think are abbreviations of his units and if you could help me i can then go on to see where these units served. if anyone can decypher the following.....(HBL.MNBDO) (IBL 5AA Bde) sorry to be so vague but as im sure you know these records are not that clear
