Guys I'm going to have to take issue with those of you who feel Saving Private Ryan was a bad movie. I think it was a fine movie, perhaps the best war movie ever, certainly one of the best. As for the portrayal of German soldiers, well that would be a matter of perception, how do you think the average soldier perceived his enemy during WW II? Keep in mind both sides were fed on a steady diet of proaganda
