But another detail on the film: The opening scene is placed in a headquarters in which GL Von Brock is told to blow the bridge by another general Von Sturmer (according to the credits). He is called Herr Feldmarschall, but he is NOT wearing Generalfelmarschall's shoulderboards or stripes!!! Althoght he is wearing a nice RK mit Eichelaub.
