What movie has a modern day Restaurantur, being (against his will) sent back in time to WW1,to meet his Time Brother--who is a British Officer/pilot in the Royal Flying Corps?

Hints: The "Time Brothers" meet and join forces. They have to find and destroy a "Sound Weapon" that the Germans had developed to use in order to break the stalemate on the Western Front.

Now, this Restaurantur, gets sent back and fourth in time and has no control over it. Every time he is sent back to ww1, he either has to "rescue" his British Time Brother, or has to escape the persuing Germans. Also, as he has no control over when he pops back and fourth in time, it often happens at the most in-opportune times.

What this weapon does is it kills you with intense sound and basically turns almost everything into a weakend state that if you touch something slightly, it will crumble into dust.
