One thing that I remember from history lessons
( this happened probably in the 18th century )was the code of officers which sometimes was quite "funny". Two unit commanders might quarrel that the other officerīs soldiers must shoot first-he insists.
I donīt know if the guns were that bad or the code so strict but cannot imagine this happen today.
