Remote control vehicles are used commonly by modern armies however they are mostly assigned to recon missions.
I imagine a land vehicle whick looks like the one that NASA sent to Mars, only faster, and a machinegun or anti-tank missle placed on the top. It can either be conrolled remotely by a human, or even more scary it can be controlled by artificial intelligence. Sounds fictional but I think in a few decades this might be possible. But todays computer technology is not enough for that kind of artificial intelligence control.
