Heh heh. Now I see how I got off on the wrong foot! I included my name in the titles of my first three threads, and have not
yet used the 'search' feature. I also just discovered what has too be the best, most informative thread yet, the QUIZ! Awesome stuff guys, and a big thank you too Otto!
In my relatively short time here, I have learned allot! I am just beginning to learn that the old saying "the more I learn, the less I KNOW" is right on!
Although new and not having even completed the entire "Quiz" yet {I have so far just gone thru too the top of page 8 of 'Quiz part II'], I would like to make an observation: The incredible thread shows [more than any other I have yet encountered] the in depth knowledge of a great many of the members of this great site. For newbies like myself, it would surely serve to cut down on un-informed posts/questions [like two of my first three threads] if we could possibly be directed to look over that thread upon joining!
Also, many times already[keep in mind I'm still less than half-way through so far], the question asker adds "what information source did you use too come up with the correct answer". Awesome! Right now, the only ones I can follow thru on will be those that give a link to an online source

I think that for an education, I would love too have also the references used for incorrect answers! Maybe this could be incorporated into this great thread for the new year? IE, when answering a quiz question, list your source? And when congratulating the winner, list your [the question asker's] source? This would be a great help to myself, and probably the rest of the newer members as well, as then we could ourselves peruse these sources!
Another thing that would be good (but would maybe take too much time to be worth while), would be a kinda "what-if" FAQ. 2 of my 3 had already been discussed. T. A. Gardner set it all out for me, and if that could be expanded upon and 'permed' it could make a nice addition too the site. Unless, of course, there is already something like this and I just haven't found it myself yet.
Anyway, thanks for the great site and keep up the good work.
