I think we should ignore the flaws in the 'how Germany won' and stick with the actual question, 'what would the world be like if they HAD won?'
Well, Churchill, De Gaull, Monty and so on wouldn't be national heroes any more. How about the sciences? With science in Europe being dogged by political considerations what would we have learned? Who would have replaced Hitler?
