My take on this is :
a) Switch the economy to full wartime footing.
b) Make a serious plan to invade Britain (not the bluf of the historical Sealion)
c) Invade Britain, no matter the cost. (Taking Gibraltar is an assisting option)
d) Attack the USSR pretty much the way it historically did and use the power of it's war economy to defeat it.
