I can't say I blame the PM for being "Cleopatra" (Queen of de-Nile).
Once you open that "Flood-Gate", you'll have long lost realitives comming out of the woodwork for a millennium. All suffering from physical & mental trauma that only a "big" cashiers check can cure.
