It would have been odd because, although no-one would say the film is perfect, the makers did try to stick reasonably close to the real events - and there were no fighter-bomber attacks near any of the bridges.
( Although it would have ben interesting to see the Fw 190 fly into the Church tower near the Arnhem road bridge....
