That late in the war I can't see an assassination making too much difference to the eventual outcome.
I wouldn't imagine the allies would be any more interested in a conditional surrender than they actually were that late in the game. The Soviets would certainly have continued with 'Berlin or bust'.

To me, the more interesting scenario for a Hitler assassination would be 5 or 6 years before when all the big names of Nazism were in a more solid position, Heydrich was alive, and there was more potential for political flux, but that's already been touched on esewhere.
