Stupid Wild A**ed Guess Pulled Out Of Your A**
When I was a nurse and we were trying to chart after an especially difficult time, we very often would WAG things like vital signs, especially if we taken several over a short period of time and only remembered roughly what they were. We used WAGPOOMA or just a simple WAG instead of SWAGPOOYA (not in the chart, just in conversation).

I used to joke that I got into nursing because I always really wanted to be a fiction writer and that was my chance. I got out of nursing because I wanted to make more money.
