This is not the only news source that has reported this. This has been on numerous sites as well as on TV. This is the only one in English that I thought some might find intersting. The FSB ( former KGB ) is equivalent to the FBI and they have access to sources that obviously the general public does not. I personally along with most Russians ( from my experience ) have always thought that Stalin's son
was in German captivity. However there has always been and is a small population which has had its doubt on the matter. I believe that this is the reason why this has been made public.
The reliability? Hard to say, I guess when one believes something it is hard to change ones mind no matter what is presented. Why would the FSB or any other Russian govt. organization cover this matter up? after all worse things have been already revealed about Stalin, that would have never been so if communism was still around. As far as the Russian govt. is concerned this matter is closed.
