I was fortunate to be able to crawl aroud in Diamond Lil and Fifi, the only flying B-29, about 25 years ago (geez, has it been that long?)

They were great planes and I wished that I had had more time and maybe the coins to be able to swing a flight.

The Confederate Air Force was trying restore a PBY at that time. Does anyone know if they ever got her off the ground?
