Up comes another old thread from the depths....settled down this evening, glass of red wine in hand ( and bottle close by

) and re-watched my video of
'The Bridge At Remagen'.
It really stands the test of time quite well - a very good war movie ( within its limits ). As well as all the goodies mentioned above ( weapons, uniforms, soundtrack, effects etc ) it has a stalwart cast of supporting actors ( Bradford Dillman, Bo Hopkins, Matt Clark, Steve Sandor etc ) which we don't seem to get too much these days....
