I could not much either. Pretty much all Russian mines (anti personnel and anti tank) were made of wood.

I did find a reference to a 'ezmine' used for anti tank purposes. I also found a reference to an small horned anti-tank magnetic mine with designation 'HM/S' used by the Finnish army. Perhaps Kai can elaborate on this.
