HO? Are you referring to the S-Mine dispensers fitted for a brief while on Tigers rather than the smoke dischargers? i.e. systems having a somewhat more 'offensive' means of local defence?
(brief mention of the S-mine weapon on this interesting page about the Nahverteidigungswaffe,)

If that is what you mean then discarding systems like T34-Calliope, Panzerwerfer, and their ilk on the basis of too long range I'm scratching my head... Does my favourite carrier modification with 14 PIATs mounted up count?
(Though I'm still not clear on how the Canadians actually used them I don't really think the intention was a defensive one, so they don't really fit the bill, I just like the picture. )
