World War II has been a life long interest along with Vietnam and lately the US Civil War- Army of the Patomac mostly as it gets more interesting when you can read about a action and then go and walk the ground, and the little details, like finding out the Army of Northern Virgina got shelled three miles from where we live from guns that were in a fort a block away from our apartment.
