Well the Walter Reed debacle didn't help matters...

This is a sore spot for me, as my father was a Viet-Nam vet, and the V.A. care he recieved (albiet not Reed) was deplorable. I will avoid rants, and don't want this to inflame the thread, but the 2 V.A. hospitals I have personally had experience with were below what I would consider "average" care.
