I'm gonna have to get a copy of the World at War for sure. Although I like the Ken Burns doc, it seems to lack any unseen or uncommon footage. It also seems to accuse the U.S. of being racist. He seems to keep bringing it up.

Thanks fro the info Sarge, I already have it on DvD ;-)) I agree it's a good series, but still favor Battleline, as the best I have ever seen.

Also, another short series that is excellent is one that had only four 2 hr episodes. This series came out in the early 1990's and is called: Battlefields. Not too long after this one came out, they came out with a Battlefields II--which was almost as good as the first short series.
