Just managed to buy - via 'Amazon Marketplace' - a secondhand copy of Jentz/Doyle's 'Germany's Tiger Tanks : DW to Tiger I - Design, Production & Modifications'.

Maybe not for bedtime reading, but the illustrations look excellent and I'm looking forward to discovering the various differences between early/mid/late production Tigers - something I've always been confused by.....
