Default Re: Have any of the sunken Japanese carriers been found or photographed?

Japanese Aircraft Carrier Identified!
has some(a) photo of Kaga, it's the only Japanese carrier I know of.
Japanese Aircraft Carriers
has a list of them, and their careers

3,855 wrecks are in the Pacific from WW 2, 3,326 of them Japanese. Most are between Japan and Indonesia, but 857 others are scattered in the rest.

Tankers are looked for (first) because of environmental concerns, 333 of the wrecks are tankers. 168 of these have been found and 148 of those are Japanese. 165 are still undiscovered.
