Default Re: How could Germany have won the war?

My first post, well here goes.

Gee this is a real hard one to have a go at.

I believe Germany's first mistake was to allow the escape of the B.E.F. Then not issuing France with an unconditional surrender and with that immidiate seizure of the French Fleet. Then with France out of the way and Britain reeling with the loss of so many men and valuable equipment launch an invasion of Britain. Before anyone has a chance to comment on the latter, i will say that Operation Seelowe would be expensive but with Britain out of the picture any future US involvement in Europe would make it harder without Britain as a base.

I'll see what other stuff i can come up with in this post.
