2665 single engine fighters this also includes the ground attack s/e's of SG 4, KG 51 which were 43 jets, 13 Ar 234B's of KG 76 and 109's from NAGr 1 and 13.

here is an interesting point though only 986 craft were serviceable, and of the Ju 88G complement for leading the attacks on the A/F's there were to be flown 72 but only 44 took part .........
