Right, fancied invading the US from Japan (you know the feeling) so thought I'd play
Doomsday on the missus's laptop, as it's faster.
Trouble is it's got a widescreen and the game looks fuzzy and has no 1280 resolution option.
Fuzzy=not playable to my eye, very annoying.
Found a rather complex hack involving some kind of 'hex editor' but got lost in a morass of techno confusion and swearing.
Anybody know of an easy, preferably self-executing, hack to fix the game to work properly in 1280 resolutions?
