If nothing substantial has been written on the airwar in winter 44-45, there is a great project open to someone to research and write a book. The things I have come across, not in the least the things you sent me lately, are very depressing indeed. Just imagine the scale the losses were incurred, and under which circumstances....This does deserve more attention...
