that' a Hungarian Turan ! There's only about 3 known pictures of both the I & II, (four now).
You can tell by that "funky" little extra boogie between the flat rollers and the drive sprocket, (I know, so did the Skoda/Praga) and of course the "boxy" cupola.
Cool pic ! Never saw one with apron armor either.
