All are good, but there is one major problem that we face. The image needs to be the same size as this:
and it's going to be very tough to have any image with any real detail in these tiny dimensions. It's really not that important though, as members with negative rep don't seems to last very long. You Rogues tend to be tough on those who make asses of themselves.
