I have the book of which you speak Carl. I confess I got it for the pictures, and not Bob's POV. He tried to keep secret the location of the wreck from subsequent expeditions, but they found it anyway.
My opinion of him dropped after that "implied" ownership game.
Sorta like when I saw Bob Vila swing a hammer for the first time (many years ago). What a motor-mouth "POSER".
The kids can pound nails better than he can. Then I found out he used to sell shoes, foot by smelly foot. He was first to make it in the Home Improvement TV world, but without Norm Abrams....he's just a shoe salesman.
