2.If possible, start research on Air Force
3.Continue Upgrades
4.Focus Production on Infantry and Artillery, Tanks third

French Strategy:
1.Beef up ground forces with Artillery and ATG Regiments
2.Deploy additional Infantry Units to border with Lowlands
3.Develop and deploy a larger Tank Force
4.Set up Reserve Units to ‘plug in the gaps’
5.Recall Foreign Troops to French Soil
