Default Way Back

Okay, you will have to follow me here for a few centuries. What if Julius Caesar had not been assassinated and had gone on to conquer all of Germania and most of eastern Europe. While Rome would still fall, the civilization of Germany would have started hundreds of years early with a distinct chance of creating a unified German people long before 1871. Now assume that Germany won WW1 but suffered far worse from the great depression creating a similar environment to the historical Germany of 1930s. What could have happened?
