I do know this, Hitler and the Nazis owe their success on the 'stabbed in the back' theory so if Germany had won WWI but got hit hard because of the depression, I do not believe WWII would have happened in Europe.

Question though, What would have Germany accomplished in this scenario as a victor? Would France be occupied? What about in the African colonies? Too many variables but basically my answer is the same. No WWII and No Hitler.

BTW, have not heard the relation between the 3 lost legions and Hitler. Sorry Slon. I don't think Germany was unified because of a timeline, but because of the cultural atmosphere.
