Well, since an airforce can't really 'take' a city, that job can only be achieved by soldiers on the ground, I can't see the RAF, USAF or even the VVS taking Berlin.

Good article though. The Red Airforce was something of a farce for most of the war though they did improve. Interesting stuff.
