I was watching the Discovery Channel just now about the 'The Last secrets of the Axis' it focused on many secrets but one which stood out to me was the one about UNIT 731 a biological and chemical reserach and development sector of the Japanese military. They talked about that the Japanese had developed and tested sucessfully the bubonic plague, cholera, and small box as well as many other diesease's, they were even used on chinese civilians and soliders in a test to see if they worked, well they did.

They then went on to talk about a secret 6 engined long range bomber with the intention of attacking continental America, in this bomber will be the 'flea bomb' specially designed to explode above the ground and allow the fleas to drift down (this bomb worked as well). This is amazing I knew nothing of this, the Japanese lead the way in bilogical and chemical warfare this could have changed the outcome of ww2 if the Japanese had used the bomb more often throughout the war against not only military strongpoints but civillian cities such as sinapore.
