Zero luck finding a web-based image so here's a scan, very peculiar tracks with those inward extensions, though as there's no indication of whether this is a prototype, production, amphibious or other vehicle it's hard to speculate. (Perhaps something to do with keeping such small flat tracks attached while steering?) :
