There's also the Ker-Blewie factor. (I just made that up)

Both were leaking oil, on fire (before Davy Jones), pummeled, hulled, holed, and rolled.

Only Yamato.............went...........Ker-Blewie

Bismarck sits upright (almost) in one (hull) piece.
