The model is available in the UK from specialist retailers ; I really don't know of any diecast aviation retailers in France ( I checked French e-bay are no models are available - I guess the hobby is not so popular there ?
)
Certainly there are retailers in Holland ( for instance, I believe one of the largest is at Schiphol Airport ). Production runs for such models are often relatively limited so its worth putting in the effort to find one if you want it......
