No. The Jadgtiger was used exclusively on the Western Front. There were a handful that were collected by crews directly from the Nibelungen Werk (the factory where the Jadgtiger was manufactured) and driven into combat against the Soviets in Austria. Three or four such vehicles were used by scratch crews supposedly under the command of a Hamptsturmführer from LAH.
