Re: Blackburn Skua raised from Norwegian fjord
A german pilot named Otto Ach in his Bf 109G was credited with the kill. He had to break of the fight shortly after because his guns jammed.
Otto Ach is alive and kicking and lives in Germany today, 83 years of age.
He has been interviewed by aircraft historians working on the project.
The 2nd picture is taken from a RAF plane during the attack.
Notice the plane inside the red circle, probably a "Mosquito", going in for an attack.
