Have not read that much about the guard dogs, also often the name of the guard dog was not mentioned in the camp stories. But perhaps in two instances at least the name Barry comes up:

" Both Sobibor and Treblinka survivors describe in similar terms the dog "Barry", St. Bernard, which was trained to bite prisoners at its master's command. "
