Why did the [Racist Term Removed] Japanese quit using paras? I mean, they were rather succesful in Java and Sumatra, and didnīt go through an equivalent of Crete, high casualty rate included, that would have disuaded High Command from employing them again. For example, drops over Port Moresby, either from Buna or Milne Bay, would have broken the back of the gallant defenders of the Kokoda Trail.
