First thing: how can you expect anything good when you hire the guy that LOST?
Also, cheesy? Nothing cheesier in a war movie than a bunch of M-47s each carrying a placard saying "I'm a Tiger" all slowly advancing bunched up through the Sierra de Guadarrama. Awful!
Oh, the Shermans are depicted by M-24s, fercripessakes!

The movie was merly a fictionalized account based on few facts, about the Battle of the Bulge. Also, you should enjoy it even if only because of the great actors who were in this movie.[/quote]
I agree, it's a fictionalized account. The great actors like any actors are there for the money.
